This event features a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon Run along the beautiful Cobequid Trail. The Cobequid Trail Run is part of the Run Nova Scotia Road Race Series. The 10K and Half Marathon are part of the Run Nova Scotia Performance Series! See you on the trail!

About the event
The Cobequid Trail Run will begin and finish on the Cobequid Trail located behind the NSCC Sport and wellness centre the route is an out and back flat course heading westerly out of Truro on the trail. ; . This is a Race Roster Timing event, with chip start and finish. Registration, continental breakfast, and awards will take place at the Gym, NSCC Truro Campus, 36 Arthur St. Washrooms, change rooms, and showers located at the NSCC Sport and Wellness Centre are available to runners.Half Marathon will begin at 8:30 a.m5k & 10k to follow at 9:00 a.m
Registration fee includes t-shirt for all runners (to receive correct size register by Friday, August 4) & one breakfast ticket. Continental breakfast and award presentation will follow in the Gym.
No dogs permitted, with the exception of guide dogs. No strollers please.
